Therapy
We realize that no two people are the same and our sessions will be tailored to your specific strengths and needs. We provide individual counseling for adults and adolescents.
Our practice has therapists that specialize in treating individuals challenged by substance abuse/addiction, anxiety , depression, stress management, ADD/ADHD, eating disorders and affirming sexual orientation and gender identity therapy. Find the right therapist for you here.
Insurance
Jane Engelken, Barry McNinch and Richard Stephens are currently in network with Carefirst, some out of state Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans are managed by Carefirst. If you are unsure if your plan is in network, we would be happy to check that before your first appointment. For all other insurance plans, payment is due at the time of service. If you have out of network benefits, you may potentially be reimbursed for some portion depending on your plan and benefits.
Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
